Introduction
These terms and conditions will guide you as you use this website; by using this website, you have agreed to accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any or all these terms and conditions you must exit this website immediately.
Nature Store Products
All products listed in The Nature Store are sold in new condition and are kept in said condition while being transferred to a mail carrier. Damage occurring to any product while in transit to a purchaser’s location is the responsibility of the mail carrier. On purchase, the customer agrees that Tawodi Nature School bears no responsibility to the condition of the product on arrival to purchaser’s location, and that the customer will take the necessary steps to contact the mail carrier in regards to the the product being damaged en route.
Package tracking, provided by the mail carrier, is always used to insure the package has, indeed, been shipped, and also used to locate said package if lost en route to the customer.
Tawodi Nature School is not obligated and does not offer refunds or warranties on any products.
Course Policies
All course costs contain a 50% non refundable deposit. In the event of the customer cancelling their reserved spot in a course, they are agreeing to forfeit 50% of the entire amount of the course. If a customer fails to show up for a course without any notification, the entire course amount will be forfeited.
Tawodi Nature School reserves the right to cancel courses 10 days prior to a class, due to not enough participants. If this is the case, you will receive a full refund.
Tawodi Nature School reserves the right to cancel courses up to and including the day of the class, due to dangerous weather conditions. If this is the case, you will be rescheduled for a new course date.

Unless otherwise stated, and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights published on this website and materials used therein. Subject to the license below, all of these intellectual property rights are reserved.
You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages, files or other content from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions.
